The 60-day guarantee.

Every HushedMind comes with a 60-day money-back guarantee. You have 60 days from the date your product is delivered to request a return for any reason — defective, damaged, not what you expected, or simply not the right fit for you.

The return window starts the day your order is marked as delivered by the carrier, not the day you placed it. We give you the full 60 days to actually try the product, see if it works for you, and decide.

What the guarantee covers

• Defective or damaged products — we'll replace or refund at no cost to you.
• Change-of-mind returns — you can return any non-defective product within 60 days; you cover the return shipping.
• Products that didn't work for you — even if HushedMind itself is working perfectly, if it's not right for your situation, you can return it.

Defective or damaged products.

If your HushedMind arrives damaged, defective, or stops working through no fault of your own within the 60-day window, we make it right — fully and immediately.

What counts as "defective"

• Arrives broken, cracked, or visibly damaged in shipping.
• Doesn't power on or charge properly out of the box.
• Resistance mechanism is jammed, stuck, or doesn't function as described.
• Missing components from the box (charging cable, accessories, etc.).
• Stops working within the 60-day window through normal use.

Non-defective returns.

If you change your mind or HushedMind isn't right for you (and there's nothing wrong with the product), you can still return it within 60 days. The product just needs to come back in good shape — and you cover the return shipping.

If the product comes back in poor condition

If a returned product arrives without its original packaging, missing accessories, or with damage that wasn't there when it shipped, we may need to issue a partial refund (or in rare cases, decline the refund). We'll always email you first to explain — never a silent denial.

How to start a return.

The same process works for both defective and non-defective returns. We try to keep it simple.

1. Email us at contact@hushedmind.com with your order number and a short description of why you're returning. If it's defective, photos help.
2. We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions, the return address, and (for defective items) a prepaid shipping label.
3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging with all accessories. Drop it off at the carrier listed in the instructions.
4. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

You'll receive a confirmation email when your return is received and another when the refund is issued. If you don't hear from us within 14 days of shipping the return back, email contact@hushedmind.com so we can track it down.

Where your refund goes

All refunds are issued to your original payment method — the credit card, debit card, PayPal account, or other method you used at checkout. We do not offer store credit or alternative refund methods.

How long it takes

• Our side: 5–10 business days from when we receive the return.
• Your side: after we issue the refund, your bank or payment processor may take an additional 2–10 business days to post it to your statement. This is on their end, not ours.
• Total: typically 7–20 business days from the day we receive your return to the day it shows up on your statement.

How it appears on your statement

The refund usually appears as a credit from "HUSHEDMIND" or your bank's standard refund descriptor. If you don't see it after 20 business days from your return delivery, contact us and we'll send you the refund transaction ID so you can follow up with your bank.

Partial refunds

In rare cases (missing accessories, significantly damaged product upon return, etc.), we may issue a partial refund. We always email first to explain and give you a chance to discuss.

What's not eligible.

The 60-day guarantee covers almost everything, but a few things fall outside it:

• Returns requested more than 60 days after delivery — even by one day, we can't accept them.
• Products damaged through misuse, dropping, modification, water damage beyond normal cleaning, or other user-caused issues.
• Products returned without their original packaging or with missing accessories (cable, manual, box).
• Products with significant wear from extended daily use that goes beyond normal trial — we expect you to try the product, not heavily wear it out before returning.
• Customs duties or import fees you previously paid to your local authority — these are set by your government, not us, and are not refundable through HushedMind.
• Free gifts or promotional items included with your order must be returned alongside the product to qualify for a full refund.

Exchanges, cancellations & contact.

Order cancellations

If you've placed an order but it hasn't shipped yet, email contact@hushedmind.com immediately. If we catch it before the carrier picks up, we'll cancel the order and refund you in full — no return needed. Since we ship within 24 business hours, this window can be short.

Once the order has shipped, you'll need to wait for it to arrive and then start a normal return.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges right now (HushedMind only comes in one configuration). If you'd like a different unit (e.g., a replacement after a defective one), you can either: (a) request a free replacement under the defective-product policy, or (b) return your current unit for a refund and place a new order.

Questions or unusual situations?

We're real people on the other end of every email. If your situation doesn't fit neatly into this policy — international shipping issue, gift recipient return, lost replacement, anything else — just ask. We respond within 1 business day.
